Sure, we all enjoy a nice glass of
wine, but every now and then, invite
some girlfriends over and enjoy
ridiculously sweet
chicktails.
MALIBU BAY BREEZE
One of our favorites

1 1/2 oz. coconut rum
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. pineapple juice

Serve over ice or with crushed ice.
CLASSIC COSMOPOLITAN

4 parts vodka
2 parts Triple Sec
2 parts cranberry juice
1 part fresh lime juice

Shake it up with ice and
strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of fresk
lemon or lime peel.
MARGARITA ON THE ROCKS

3 oz. tequila    (we love Cuervo)
1 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. fresh lime juice

Shake it up with ice, strain into
a salt-rimmed glass over ice
and garnish with a wedge of
lime.
NOTE: If you'd prefer it
slushy, add ice and put in
blender until slushy.
FLIRTINI
A Champagne cocktail

2 pieces fresh pineapple
1/2 oz. Cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz. vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. Champagne

Muddle the pieces of pineapple and
Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing
glass. Add pineapple juice and vodka
and stir. Strain into chilled cocktail
glass and top with Champagne.
Garnish with a cherry and serve.
TAMPON STRING
A funny "must have"

1 oz. vodka
1 oz. cherry liqueur
1 1/2 oz. whipped cream
1 cherry

Layer the vodka and liqueur
and top with whipped cream.
Drink the whole thing and
when finished pull the cherry
out.

Sometimes a classic is best... GIN AND TONIC
2 oz. gin, 5 oz. tonic water & a lime slice
Pour into a glass (over ice) and stir well. Garnish with lime.
