Simple ideas to add these foods to your diet: * The next time you make a salad, add some pecans or walnuts and strawberries to it. Even better? Toast the nuts before adding them by placing them on a cookie sheet in the oven. * Make a fruit smoothie. Combine a banana, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries with yogurt and orange juice and blend for a refreshing smoothie. * Add home fries to your breakfast menu. Wash and slice potatoes and add olive oil and onions to frying pan. Let brown and then add the russet potatoes. Cook until brown. * Impress guests with a delicious pasta dish.
